How we handle your information.
1. Information we collect
Account information (name, email, business name), workspace records you enter (invoices, expenses, bills, etc.), product telemetry (audit logs, AI runs), and billing identifiers managed by Stripe.
2. How we use it
To operate the Service, generate forecasts and recommendations for your tenant only, secure the platform, and communicate with you about your account.
3. AI processing
AI agents process only the data of the active tenant. We never use your data to train models that serve other tenants.
4. Sharing
We share data with infrastructure providers (database hosting, email delivery) and Stripe for billing. We do not sell your data.
5. Retention
Workspace data is retained as long as the workspace is active. You may request deletion of your workspace by contacting [email protected].
6. Your rights
You may access, correct, export, or delete personal data we hold about you. Contact [email protected] to exercise these rights.
7. Security
Tenant isolation at the API and query layer, hashed passwords, JWT auth, audit logs, and Stripe webhook signature verification.
