By creating a workspace or using CashFlowIQ (the "Service") you agree to these terms.
2. The Service
CashFlowIQ provides cash-flow visibility, forecasting, and planning tools. The Service is informational. It does not provide accounting, tax, legal, or financial advice and is not a substitute for a licensed professional.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding the credentials used to access your workspace and for all activity that occurs under those credentials.
4. Subscription and billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. You may cancel at any time through the billing portal. Refunds are at our discretion.
5. Acceptable use
You may not reverse-engineer the Service, attempt unauthorized access, abuse rate-limited endpoints, or use the Service for unlawful activity.
6. Data ownership
You own the data you enter into CashFlowIQ. We act as a processor for that data and apply tenant isolation across the platform.
7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CashFlowIQ disclaims all warranties and shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the app or by email.
